Entry to The Ambry within Waverley Greens is governed by the Registered Clubs Act. Visitors who are not Members of Waverley Greens may not enter the Club unless they are one of the following:

Groups of 12 guests or less
For groups of 12 guests or less, a reservation can be made online for The Ambry. Please find below the rules of entry:
The venue will be operating in compliance with COVID-19 legislation applicable for the date of reservation.
As a Registered Club guests are also required to sign in on arrival with valid photo identification.
Bookings are permitted by the following:
Easts Members (Can sign in guests)
Non-Member (All guests must reside outside of 5kms radius)

Groups of 12 to 20 guests
For groups of 12 to 20 guests, a reservation for a group booking can be made via us for The Ambry. These menus come with a waiter to take the mains order at the table, so the guests feel a little more special and do not need to queue to order/pay individually at the counter. A beverage tab can be set up on the day at the Bar, or guests are most welcome to purchase beverages individually.
These menus are required to be pre-paid in full, no later than the Thursday the week prior to the reservation. All enquiries for group bookings must be provided a proposal through our events team.

Additional The Ambry information for guests
Should they decide to bring a cake, please be aware there is a $2pp. Please ensure that if the cake requires refrigeration, it is given to the FOH Supervisor on shift. It must be boxed, and with the reservation name clearly labelled on the top of the box.
Should the guests decide they do not wish to make a reservation of any kind, the lounge area is much more casual for drinks and nibbles (the low tables closest to the screens) and are available for walk-in only. The guests will be able to order and pay individually on the day either at the counter with the staff, or using the QR codes on the tables.

Guest numbers above 20 can only be accommodated in on our packages. All enquiries for guests number of this size are treated as ‘events’ and must be provided a proposal through our events team.
